Do You Sleep with Smile Every Night?

So I watched The Oprah Show about 2 weeks ago, the episode talked about a "Cab Cash show" which made me confused, was this show first or Celebrity Taxi that made by Indonesia first? they have a same concept! And also The Dirty Job show, a show about a man, okey his name is Rowe something, taking the dirtiest, hardest job all over the world, wow. But He haven't gone to Indonesia, yet, too bad. But I'm not gonna talking about those show. What makes me thinking even until now is a segment about a school keeper lady who works at a school for poor children. She cleans up the school, the bathroom, and got a very low salary. But there's something that she said really haunting me, she said she loves her job very much, even tho people say it's a dirty job, but cleans up the school could put a smile oh her face every time she goes to sleep. Dang!

Now I ask you, how many of you who have a decent job and pretty big salary could sleep with a smile on your face when the last thing you had in your mind is (excluding a crush or love line u might have at your office) your job? Honestly, how many? I mean, many people I know always feel so stress every time they talk about their job. And thinking about job when they want to sleep would bring them a nightmare. Or some people would turn into a grumpy person every time they talk about it, even on their status on Twitter or Facebook. But this janitor lady not only she doing a job that many people think dirty, she loves her job! She also said she feels that the school is her home, and she will work really hard to clean the entire school just like she keeps her home clean.

And what wow-ed me again is the fact that she still manage to help the students in her school who are coming from poor families, with her low salary she even regularly buying a gift for them, like books or stationery, school stuff. Not only that, she even help paying a debt for her neighbor! If angels walking on earth maybe she's one of them.

Now I'm gonna ask you again. How many of you could still manage to sleep with smile and help others despite you have a tough day at your workplace. Oke, maybe your job can't be compared to her job. Maybe her job is hard "physically" and your job is more to "brainy" (I'm not sure, is that even a word?) but the thing is, it's not about how much salary you have, how prestigious your job is, how exclusive your social environment is, happiness can't be measured by that. Happiness is doing something that you love, something that makes you find the real you. Happiness is something that could put you sleep with a smile every night, because some people forgot how to do that. And maybe you, me, we are parts of them.
